Register here to have your new practitioner certificate issued for a further 12 months.
Make sure to download the application form and ethics pledge first and resubmit them after payment as new application forms and ethics pledges must be submitted on an annual basis in order for us to update our records of any changes to your information.
Both of the forms above will also be added to your Downloads section under My Account and can be downloaded from there too.
This annual registration fee must only be paid if you have either:
- Passed your final practitioner exam and you wish to register
- Or if you have previously registered as a practitioner
There is no need to be concerned about having proof of payment because if the payment is successful, you will be automatically sent proof of this and so will we. Your new practitioner certificate will be sent to you via email within 3 days of having registered. Please feel free to contact
